If your outfit allows it, do what i did, get some duct tape and wrap yourself with it, starting 2 ribs below your breasts, up to where your armpits start. It%26#039;s radical and painful (to take it off use mineral oil) but it works!

tape your boobs in place. Ur welcome.
Reply:You could maybe adjust your bra very tight so that your boob can stay in place. (This might hurt a bit ,but it%26#039;s worth it.) Good luck!
Reply:If you live in the UK - Marks and spencers do good sports bras that are good for dancing ( I%26#039;ve had the same probelm when doing a dance show). You can normally get bras for dance of dance websites or in a dance store that often can match your costume or get costumes that support your boobs without a bra.
Reply:Try this http://www.discountdance.com/frame_set.p... with your bra under it, it works wonders for all the dancers at our studio :)

P.S. Good luck at recital

If that doesn%26#039;t work, or you can%26#039;t order it, carpet tape works great, but warning, it hurts like no other. Use mineral oil to get it off.
Reply:i would get one a size smaller than u usually wear, cuz i had the exact same problem and it worked 4 me, so good luck w/ the recital and keep dancin!

hope this helped! =)
Reply:haahhahaha breanna!
Reply:use an ace bandage to %26quot;bind yourself%26quot; in.

ask a close friend and/or teacher to help you.

But basically, it%26#039;s like ducttape, except it doesnt hurt like a b****

:}
Reply:a girl that i used to dane with had that problem and she used to tape herself down. i know it hurts but if it works then its worth looking into. good luck! =)
Reply:i have the same problem. what i did was pin my costumes up so that my boobs didn%26#039;t like, well, pop out. i don%26#039;t really know what to say for helping support them other than taping them.
Reply:ace bandage really tight so your boobs are smashed and you cant breathe
